For me the best natural sleep aid is progressive muscle relaxation.

I have a stressful job that leaves me full of tension at the end of the day. I get tense in the shoulders and back and have trouble sleeping.

I have tried a soothing bath and relaxing music but what works for me is progressive muscle relaxation.
