Listen to hypnosis cds and relaxation cds for stress relief

For stress reduction I like to listen to self-hypnosis CDs or relaxation CDs before going to bed.

I also like to use mantras like "let it go, remain calm"

Hey! Suzie. The use of self-hypnosis CDs and relaxation CDs is good up to a certain extent. It can bring so many effects on the mind. And listening to mantras is same but this method is much better than medication. Try writing your essays. It has this mind and mental relaxation as a big topic of discussion. In which mental health is discussed in detail.
