One of the best natural sleep remedies is a hot bath

by Clancy

I have found that one of the best natural sleep remedies is to soak in a hot bath for 15 minutes before bedtime.

I also put some Valerian in my bath which seems to relax me some.

Best natural sleep remedy
by: Kell

Hi Clancy,

Thanks for that. Soaking yourself in a hot bath is a great natural sleep remedy.

After you have soaked yourself for 15 minutes or so, you cool off a little.

It is the natural drop in your body temperature which is a natural sleep inducer.

I have found it helpful for myself, so much so that I now bathe my 3 month old son every night before bed....works like a treat!

All the best,

Kell
