Stress balls are the best stress toy for me

I find that stress balls are the best stress toy for me. I have a stress ball that sits on my desk and whenever I get stressed I just squeeze the stress ball a few times.

At first it took a while to get used to but now I find it a great tool for stress relief. With a few squeezes of the stress ball I relieve some of the muscle tenseness that builds up.

After reading your information on guided imagery meditation I have started to visualize every time that I squeeze the stress ball I imagine the tension flowing out of my body.
