The vicious cycle of stress and cant sleep

I find that stress affects my sleep patterns and I cant sleep.

When I cant sleep I get more is like a negative feedback loop.

I have found stress management techniques have helped - mainly meditation and exercise.

By reducing my stress I am able to sleep better.

Also natural sleep aids and remedies have also helped. Somebody told me about having a bedtime routine (and I read more on this website). I have found it useful to have a bath each night before going to bed and finding 5 minutes just to meditate before bed.

I has helped me deal with stress and get a better night's sleep.
