A Time Management Log Identifies and Eliminates Time Wasters
A time management log identifies and puts an end to timewasters.
Have you ever found yourself at the end of the day, halfway through the things that you had to do, wondering where your time has gone?
Or perhaps you are working hard every day but just not getting through the things that you have to get through!
A time management log (or activity log) will show you where you are spending your time and how you can be more effective in your use of time.
If time is money, then an activity log is like monitoring your budget. By keeping a budget you are able to see where you can save money.
Download your time management log and start today to work more productively.
An activity log will identify how you are spending your time and what your current time wasters are. The saying that "you can't fix an issue until you can identify it" is also true of time management.
Follow our instructions for keeping an activity log.
Examining your time log
Personally, I don’t like to keep a time log. I find them tedious and you will probably find it also. But for 5 minutes a day of recording the data they can be really good at showing you how you spend your time.
Looking over your time log of a couple of days you will see patterns. Perhaps there is a time in the day when you get more done, or maybe you spend longer than you thought on the telephone.
Are you making choices for how you spend your time or are you reacting to things around you? Are you spending enough time on top priority activities?
This clear and objective data is the platform from which to launch into better time management for you.
