I only have only got 24 hours a day to do things - and it is up to me how I manage my time.
Because I have too much to do in the hours that I have - I need to prioritize. I do this by writing a list of things that I need to do and then prioritize those things - top priority are those activities that give me the biggest results for my time - I also look for what I can delegate or what I can do more efficiently.
I also find that sometimes I procrastinate on big tasks, leaving it to the last moment - which increases my stress. For stress relief I break the task into smaller bite sized chunks. I find it easier to do these smaller tasks.

Hi Lin,
Thanks for your great time management advice. Often time management skills can greatly reduce stress and give us a sense of control over what we are doing.
Your time management technique is a "tried and tested" technique of a prioritized to do list. I write about effective-time-management for stress relief and also provide a download of a to-do list, so that you can start making a change today.
All the best
