Use stress and anxiety reduction strategies for anxiety and depression treatment

I have found that using stress and anxiety reduction strategies has helped me to reduce my relapse for anxiety and depression.

After my anxiety and depression treatment with a psychologist I started to exercise regularly. I found that this was a great way for me to start the day.

I also started to take control of my work stress through some time management that I picked up on this website...thanks for that.

I also started to eat well and have used a breathing exercise that I received from the psychologist which was breathing in for 5 seconds and then saying the word "Relax" when breathing out.
