Vitamins to reduce work stress

I am swamped by work every day - and I find that taking vitamins and eating healthy meals everyday helps me to combat stress.

I guess like most people, I am pretty busy. But I have found that taking a packed lunch every day full of fresh fruit and vegetables (instead of the usual fast food that I used to get) actually reduces my weight and makes me feel better (i.e. less stressed by work).

It took discipline to change my eating habits, but I find that getting vitamins (especially vitamin B) and eating more fruit and vegetables has been a big help to combat work stress.
